What We Do:  Black Butterfly offers a variety of film and video production and post production work. From home movie transfers, video montages, sport highlight videos, insurance walk throughs, educational and corporate programs, documentary, commercial or any other project ideas you have.

Types of Service:  Film transfer, video tape duplication, DVD Authoring, DVD & CD Duplication, print and slideshow montages, digital editing, video production, audio tape and vinyl transfers to digital and analog video digital conversions.

Where we service:  Tucson, Phoenix, Casa Grande, Green Valley, Oro Valley, Marana. You can also ship us your order from anywhere in the US and Canada.

Problem with your order:  Accidents can happen in rendering, so it is important to review the final project.  Please proof your project within 48 hours of receipt.  If your project is for a special occasion it is imperative to proof the project with the equipment that will be used for that occasion.    We are happy to correct any errors within the scope of the original agreement at no additional charge at that time.  If you will need more time to proof your project, please advise us and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

Deposits:  Orders of $250 or more require a 50% deposit.  Any changes made after signing the agreement may result in additional charges to the original estimate.  We will discuss any price changes with you before proceeding with your project.

Special instructions:  We prefer to have your instructions, titles, and notes delivered to us electronically.   If you need to submit hand-written notes please make sure they are clear and legible.

Refunds:  It is our pleasure to serve you. We guarantee our work will play and function to the requirements of your instructions but due to the nature of digital media and its ease of duplication without quality loss, we do not offer refunds on work.  If you are have any questions in regard to an order please do not hesitate to contact us.

Damages:  Your materials will be treated with the utmost care.  Due to the nature of film, prints, tapes, slides, and other visual media and the equipment that is used to transfer these materials, there is always a potential for loss.  Damages or loss of materials under conventional standards entitles the client to only a like amount of new media
