What We Do:
Black Butterfly Productions (BBP) offers a variety of film & video production and post production work. We specialize in home movie transfers, video montages, sports highlight videos, insurance walkthroughs, educational and corporate programs, documentary, commercial, and a variety of other projects based upon a client's specific needs.
Types of Service:
Film transfer, video tape duplication, DVD Authoring, DVD & CD Duplication, print and slideshow montages, digital editing, video production, audio tape, and vinyl transfers to digital and analog video digital formats.
Where We Service:
We service the Greater Arizona area - specifically, Tucson, Phoenix, Casa Grande, Green Valley, Oro Valley, and Marana. We also support business with clients in North America, accepting orders from anywhere in the US and Canada.
Review Policy:
Accidents can happen in rendering, and so it is important to review the final project. Please proof your project within 48 hours of receipt. If your project is for a special occasion it is even more imperative to proof the project on the specific equipment that will be used for that occasion. We are happy to correct any errors within the scope of the original agreement immediately, and at no additional charge. If you will need more time to proof your project, please advise us and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
Deposits:
Orders of $250 or more require a 50% deposit. Any changes made to the project at the customer's request and after signing the agreement may result in additional charges and amendments to the original estimate. We will discuss any price changes with you before proceeding with your project.
Special Instructions:
We prefer to have your instructions, titles, and notes delivered to us electronically. If you need to submit hand-written notes, please make sure they are clear and legible.
Refunds:
We guarantee the quality of our work and that it will function to the requirements of your instructions. Due to the nature of digital media and its ease of duplication without quality loss we do not offer refunds, but we are willing to work to remedy any issues that may arise with your project. If you are have any questions in regard to an order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Damages:
Your materials will be treated with the utmost care. Due to the delicate nature of film, prints, tapes, slides, and other visual media and the equipment that is used to transfer these materials, there is always a potential for loss. Damages or loss of materials under conventional standards entitles the client to only a like amount of new media.
Unclaimed Work:
Our primary objective is to expedite the return of your original materials promptly and efficiently. Upon completion of the work, we will promptly notify you to coordinate the retrieval of your materials and your transfer. While such occurrences are rare, there have been instances where clients have ceased communication via phone and email, eventually forsaking their materials. Any materials unclaimed for over 60 days, devoid of contact or arrangements, will be relinquished to the ownership of Black Butterfly Productions. Subsequently, at our discretion, these materials may be subjected to disposal, recycling, or repurposing.
